Ram Charan’s much-awaited film Game Changer, directed by Shankar, was released on January 10 as a Sankranti treat. However, the movie opened to negative reviews right from the first show.

Many felt that Shankar’s direction was stuck in the 1990s and lacked freshness. Even hardcore Mega fans were disappointed, as the film failed to entertain them. At the box office, Game Changer ended up as a disaster.

Originally considered the prime choice for Sankranti 2025, the film became the last option due to its extremely poor content.

However, one particular scene from the climax fight became the center of online trolling.

In this scene, Ram Charan gives a weird laugh while facing off against the villain, SJ Suryah. This moment became meme material, with anti-fans making fun of it. Even Allu Arjun fans took advantage of the situation to troll Charan.

Now, Game Changer has been released on Amazon Prime Video. Many who missed it in theaters are watching it on OTT, while some fans who had already seen it in theaters are revisiting it.

Interestingly, they noticed that the much-ridiculed climax scene was missing from the OTT version. In fact, two minutes from the climax have been totally cut out from the OTT version including Ram Charan’s weird expression.

After getting feedback from the theatrical audience, it looks like the makers deliberately removed the scene to avoid further trolling and online negativity.

But it’s too little, too late. The uncut UHD version is already available on torrents, keeping the meme fest alive.

If they were so worried, they should have cut the scene from the theatrical version itself rather than trying to fix the damage after the storm had passed.
