The main problem arises when kids see these ads while watching their child based content on OTT. Parents have grown concerns regarding the product being shown in these ads which might manipulate children.

According to numerous recent surveys, around 60 per cent of parents have encountered inappropriate advertisements in online content for children. Most of these adverts include topics like Gambling, undergarments and sexual wellness.

Most of the parents demand high penalty on these platforms for violating age inappropriate guidelines. Obscene and vulgar adverts might create psychological damaages to children.
