The interruption of advertisements while watching something on OTT has become quite a big problem now. Fans complain quite often about this but platforms seem to pay no heed.

Recently users have complained about SonyLIV’s ad policies. Even premium subscribers having to endure multiple ads while watching something is ridiculous and does not make any sense at all.

Entertainment has to become smooth and uninterrupted. Subscribers say that they feel cheated with this. And if it continues to happen, people will start canceling their membership soon.

People have repeatedly complained about this problem from Hotstar, Prime Video as well. If OTT giants of this stature cannot provide the user with a smooth entertainment experience they should start rethinking their policies.

This is the prime reason behind fans requesting WWE to be shifted to Netflix, which now has been realized. SonyLIV Will have to care about what customers want and cater to their needs with smoothness if they want to grow in the country.
