
Rom-coms have always been a fun genre to look out for in Bollywood and when it comes directly to the OTT, a larger audience reception is certain for the film.
The same seems to be the case for Yami Gautam and Pratik Gandhi’s upcoming rom-com Dhoom Dhaam which will be directly released on Netflix this February.

The announcement of the film showcases both the actors in a matrimonial column with Yami’s bio calling her a ‘Sanskaari, spiritual and homely girl’ named Koyal Chadda.
The caption also claims that she will not be a passenger princess in the wild ride of marriage. On the other hand, Pratik Gandhi plays the role of a Gujarati doctor in the film.

While the film hints at showing a funny and quirky side of arranged marriages, it mixes a blend of emotions and humor with a talented cast of Yami and Pratik.
The renowned actress has a great history with OTT blockbusters in the past as her film Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga remains the most-watched Indian movie on Netflix drawing over 30 Million views so far.

Pratik Gandhi came to fame after his popular Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story and was highly praised for his impersonation of the renowned stock broker.
While Pratik Gandhi was seen in several other projects since then, he hasn’t been able to command the screen like he did in Scam.
As Pratik looks to turn the tables once again with another OTT phenomenon, it remains to be seen if Yami Gautam will be able to pull off another OTT blockbuster in Dhoom Dhaam.
