Now, people have been complaining about a new bug on the platform and there are frustrated posts all over social media.

For a few days, users are not being able to stream content on SonyLIV on smart TVs. It is otherwise working perfectly well on mobile phones. This is a very serious issue and people have been complaining about it for a few days now.
But the platform is paying no heed to the problem and if it continues like this, people will not be very interested in renewing the subscription plans.

Everytime users are trying to log in to the platform on the TV, it shows ‘Something went wrong, please try again later.’ This is very wrong and people are suffering without any reason. SonyLIV should try to take some action immediately so that this issue is not prolonged any further.
