1st Time, Top Star Playing Man-Child

Bollywood top star Salman Khan is reportedly going to play a special needs man-child in his next movie ‘Tubelight’ to be directed by Kabir Khan, his ‘Bhajrangi Bhaijaan’s director. This will be the first time that he will be playing such a role.

This ‘Tubelight’ is said to be a love story between an Indian guy and a China Girl set in the backdrop of Indo-China War. There seems to be a certain change in the choice of characters of Salman since ‘Bhajrangi Bhaijaan’. He is choosing films which are both commercially viable and also has content. His roles are potentially demanding him to perform.

The latest one ‘Sultan’ has shown Salman in a never seen avatar exploiting his acting talents. Earlier, way back he had featured in ‘Tere Naam’ as a mentally retarded person with Bhumika playing the lead. After long, he is playing one more challenging role in the form of a man-child.
