40 Crore Demand for Nani’s Film?

Kabir Singh has crossed the 270 crores collections and is still counting. That is one of the highest numbers that the Bollywood touched this year and that too the film to have come from a Telugu director and now the Bollywood is likely looking for good scripts from Tollywood and Nani’s Jersey remake is another example.

Well, as we know now, Shahid Kapoor has been approached to play Nani’s role as a cricketer in the film but according to the Bollywood reports, the Kabir Singh hero is demanding a whopping 40 crores for the same.

Of course, Kabir Singh got his bar to the sky, but for the remake is still under the production of Telugu makers, Dil Raju, and Allu Aravind, will they take the chance of making such a costly decision? That we have to see.

On the brighter note, Shahid Kapoor would be the best choice for the film and the film, in turn, is also the best score for the actor to take up after a blockbuster like Kabir Singh. In fact, Shahid can even outperform Nani in showing that attitude on the Cricket ground which was missing in Telugu Jersey and make it a memorable hit like his last release. Let’s see.
