The Dangal actor owns a production house on his name already and this purchase is an extension of the same. The location of the building where he brought about 9000 sqft of the room is at Santacruz West in Mumbai.

According to the sources, he got 4 units of office in the building on two floors, all for his production house and maybe for other business expansion purposes.
