Top Actress in Brokerage Controversy!

Bollywood top actress Kangana Ranaut hit the headlines today not for her upcoming movies but for the brokerage with regard to her Pali Hill Bungalow. The broker who dealt with the property has made allegations on Kangana Ranaut that she didn’t pay his dues (2% brokerage on the deal).

Kangana has officially made it clear that she has paid according to the deal, 1% of brokerage as it has been the norm in the industry and there is no agreement to pay 2% brokerage to the broker. She even cleared the stamp duty and paid the broker around Rs. 22 lakh as his brokerage while he is now claiming 2%.

Kangana made the same clear to the cops, as well. She bought the house for Rs. 20.07 crore in 2017 and paid the stamp duty of Rs. 1.03 crores. The actress alleged that the broker, Prakkash G Rohira is trying to extract extra money from her. Both Kangana and the brother are making claims that they have proper papers to show the cops.
