Ash’s purple lipstick creates a storm

Indian celebs at the Cannes film festival this year have been creating quite some stutters. After Sonam’s long gown it was Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s purple lips which did all the talking.

Going into details, Ash was spotted wearing a purple colour lipstick at the screening of her movie Sarabjeet. As soon as she stepped onto the red carpet the shutter bugs went flying and captured her bold fashion sense.

The international media including twitterati went into a frenzy and started trending her look big time. Where some slammed her look, the others were supporting her saying that it was a huge trend. But especially Indian media was quite harsh on her and trolled her for her look.

This is probably the first time that the ex miss world has tried out something very new and bold for an an international event. Responding about the same, Ash said it was all about confidence and she carried the look which was designed by L’Oreal with dignity and tried to make a style statement. Well that’s Ash for you folks.
