Tripti’s Past Lover Joins: Can SK Handle The Drama?

Avinash Tiwary is reportedly joining Vishal Bhardwaj’s upcoming film Romeo, starring Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri. The makers have not yet confirmed the news officially, but the buzz around the casting is strong. If true, this will be Avinash and Triptii’s second collaboration after Laila Majnu in 2018, which flopped initially but later gained cult status and saw a positive response during its re-release last year.

Vishal Bhardwaj’s Romeo has already gone into production, with filming taking place in Spain. Avinash will reportedly play a powerful role with a fresh look. While he will reunite with Triptii on the project, they will not share scenes together. His character might have negative shades, possibly leading to a confrontation with Shahid Kapoor, but only the makers can confirm these details.

Although Avinash is a skilled actor, it is uncertain whether his role will get significant screen time compared to the rest of the cast. Vishal Bhardwaj’s films often feature memorable minor characters, so fans are curious to see if Avinash will have a substantial presence in the story.

The challenge will be for the filmmaker to utilise Avinash’s talent in a way that leaves audiences satisfied. The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, will reveal more about its tone and style once the teaser or trailer is released. Until then, speculation about the cast dynamics and plot continues among movie lovers.
