After a long wait, audiences are going to witness the clash of two big films, Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, on Diwali this year. While both have been trending in the headlines for different reasons, it is the debate of “who would emerge as the winner” that has grabbed more attention.
Although the makers have maintained silence for a long time regarding the clash, Anees Bazmee opened up about the same in a recent conversation with Mid-Day.
The news comes a few days after certain reports claimed that Bhushan Kumar and Ajay Devgn discussed if there could be a solo release for both films. Notably, Anees Bazmee’s first three films featured Ajay playing the lead role.
Anees stated in his interview that he is focused on bringing some good content to the public and is not worried about the box office results. He further stated that he wouldn’t speak to Ajay since it is a call that needs to be taken by the producers.
Anees said that he is well aware of Singham Again arriving in Diwali, adding that they can’t do anything now considering that they announced the release date of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, a year ago.
On the other hand, Singham Again’s producers are yet to respond to Anees’ statement. The upcoming action drama includes a long list of superstars playing important roles. Among the ensemble star cast, a few are being newly introduced to the franchise.
