Yes, Padmavati is Censored, but the twist here is that it has been Censored in the UK and not India. The film is now certified to release. Its runtime is approximately 164 minutes. It has raised a speculation if Padmavati will go ahead with its overseas release as planned on December 1st. What will happen to the Indian version then as it is not arriving anytime soon?

There is a lot of confusion in trade and Bollywood. Many small films have changed their release dates post the postponement of Padmavati. Such has been the effect of the historical on the rest, but with such a haphazard release plans are the makers committing hara-kiri?
