India’s First Female Superhero Movie In Making

Well, here is a first for Indian cinema and who better than Queen of Indian cinema Deepika Padukone to do it. For the first time, plans are underway to make a Female Superhero movie in India, and the actress is going to spearhead it.

Deepika Padukone who was last seen in the pan-India blockbuster Padmavati hasn’t signed a new film. The only one she agreed upon has been indefinitely delayed making her dairy free of commitment. It is giving scope to various rumours about her joblessness, but that is finally coming to an end.

The director along with other cast and crew are yet to be known. However, one thing is clear, and that is to make the movie on par with Hollywood Superhero flick Wonder Women. Well, we have to say it is an idea worth a try. One never knows, if it clicks, it could catapult Deepika to next level of stardom.
