However, a Reddit post on r/BollyBlindsNGossip clarified that Vicky Kaushal is not part of the film. Reports say he will neither reprise Vihaan Shergill from Uri: The Surgical Strike nor appear in a new role.
Media outlets quoting sources have also denied his involvement. This has now put an end to the cameo rumours.
Meanwhile, Yami Gautam’s name has been widely discussed. Many believed she might reprise Zooni Haksar from Article 370 or Pallavi Sharma from Uri.
Sources indicate that if Yami appears, it will be as a completely new character. She is not expected to return as any of her previous roles.
Reports suggest her role could be impactful. She may enter during a crucial segment of the film.
The official trailer of Dhurandha 2 is set to launch on March 5, 2026. The event will be held at NMACC in BKC, Mumbai.
