Does Akshay Deserve Such Harsh Criticism?

Akshay Kumar has been facing a rough patch in his career since 2020. His films haven’t been up to the mark and with his three flops earlier this year, many fans have been criticizing the Khiladi of Bollywood for his casualness and unprofessional behavior.

There have been several claims that the renowned actor has always been in a hurry to complete his films which further tarnishes his image. Despite having good films like Khel Khel Mein and Sarfira, the films failed to make an impact at the box office.

As Akshay continuously gets trolled by various users, Nana Patekar has come in support of the actor stating that every actor has a rough patch in his professional career. He defended Akshay’s acting style and compared him to Marlon Brando.

Brando was one of the most influential and respected actors of all time. Having acted in masterpieces like The Godfather, Apocalypse Now, Last Tango in Paris, and many other classics, the actor is one of the finest actors in the history of America.

Comparing him to Akshay Kumar might be controversial but as he defended his Welcome co-star, Nana Patekar stated how his style is unmatched and he will be able to make a comeback after this rough patch.

Nana Patekar and Akshay Kumar were last seen together in Welcome, which was highly liked by the viewers. Welcome 3 is in the works which consists of Akshay Kumar and several other high profile stars in the cast.
