First Movie to Get Twitter Emoji

The film Befikre starring Ranveer Singh and Vani Kapoor has been creating a lot of buzzes. From its multitude of lip-lock scenes to the nifty idea of unveiling the trailer from the Eiffel Tower, the film has generated a lot of interest among the audience.

Once again the filmmakers of Befikre have come up with an innovative and brand new strategy for the film’s promotion. To this India, the micro-blogging social media site Twitter has launched the first of its kind emoji dedicated to a Bollywood film, in this instance Befikre.

The Twitter users can join the conversation around the new film by simply making a tweet with relevant hashtags which in this case are #Befikre, #BefikreOn9th, #BefikreOn9thDec and #BeBefikre. The specially designed emoji which is an Eiffel Tower made out of pink hearts appears next to the hashtag in the tweet.
