Friday release aired on TV before release!

Seems ‘Udta Punjab’ has not only put up fight with the Censor Board for letting it pass through certification process, it is continuing its fight with piracy and now a local TV channel has posed a new challenge.

A local TV channel of Pondicherry has telecast the leaked version of the controversial movie even before its release setting an example how low have the values stooped when it comes to cashing a situation. There are many torrent sites which are readily giving links to download the film line.

The producer of ‘Udta Punjab, Anurag Kashyap requested people to wait till the release before downloading and the makers had approached court to block the websites which are giving downloadable links of the movie.
