Brother And Sister Lock Horns At The Box Office

We have seen brothers come close to clash with each other’s movies or a star father and son arrive on same time. But not a brother and sister compete with each other and that too on the same date. It is going to happen on June 1st in Bollywood.

The brother and sister here are Harshavardhan Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor. The latter is senior to the former and also her film Veere Di Wedding is bigger and generating more buzz than Harsh’s Bhavesh Joshi. The clash wasn’t happening initially, but the Superhero flick of the brother got pushed in the last minute.

In Telugu, and earlier in the year, three films from Manchu family were positioned to release one after the other which would have been a unique situation. However, that didn’t occur eventually due to delays, and only Mohan Babu’s film made it to cinemas.
