The IIFA Awards 2025 was held in Jaipur on March 9th, with some particular moments gaining traction and going viral among fans.
One particular moment was between Kartik Aaryan and Katrina Kaif. Kartik, who was hosting the event, called Katrina to the stage, asking her to dance to the title track from Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
While he must have expected her to replicate the dance moves of his films, Katrina completely flipped the script, performing Akshay Kumar’s moves from the 1st Bhool Bhulaiyaa film.
This particular moment quickly went viral, acting as fuel to the fire between the fans of Akshay and Kartik on supremacy over the franchise.
Many Akshay Kumar fans have taken Katrina’s actions as her stamp of approval on Akshay being the real GOAT of the Bhool Bhulaiyaa brand while poking fun at Kartik Aaryan.
The flames of the fan war seem as high as ever whether Katrina’s actions were deliberate or not. It will be interesting to see how far will Kartik’s fans go to counter this move.
