India’s Most Controversial Movie Nowhere Near Baahubali

In the recent days, no film had witnessd such massive protests and controversies as much as Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmaavat‘ did. Nevertheless, the movie’s collections are the proof to the fact that audiences indeed liked the movie despite the controversies.

It could overtake the collections of Salman Khan’s ‘Bhajrangi Bhaijaan’, in North America and emerge as the third highest grosser after Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ and ‘PK’ among the straight Hindi films. Nonetheless, it couldn’t touch the collections of ‘Baahubali, The Conclusion’.

When it comes to the trade in India, the movie is expected to gross Rs. 200 crore on Sunday making it the biggest hit of not only the director Bhansali but also its heroine Deepika Padukone, heroes Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. Henceforth, ‘Baahubali The Beginning’ remains untouched.
