Amar Kaushik’s horror-comedy franchise Stree took the box-office by storm with both part one and part two. The fans of Maddock Supernatural Universe can see the various plot lines across the film-verse align and they are expecting something big in the upcoming projects. Amidst all these developments in the plotline, do not forget that Jana the character played by Abhishek Banerjee has realised his superpowers!
This can significantly impact the trajectory of the upcoming films. Jana has become the tying link between the realm of Bhediya and Stree. His possession by Stree in part one left him with some supernatural abilities. Now the question arises, will he use it for the good or become the next Supervillain? When Abhishek was asked this question he suggested that he would love to see how his character unfolds as a villain. He found it exciting but unfortunately he doesn’t have the final say in the matter.
The fans are excited to see this “underdog to Supervillain” development of Jana’s character. Although nothing concrete can be said about it, but as long as the fans keep showing interest, makers can look into this angle too. Although at the moment Akshay Kumar seems to lead the developing Supervillain arch. But as they say – you can never be sure with the showbizz!
