Kapil Sharma made his Bollywood debut in 2015 with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, surprising the industry when the film opened at Rs 10.15 crore. You saw a comedian step into a leading role with confidence, and the success raised expectations for a sequel.
Those expectations are now back with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, announced a few weeks ago. The theatrical trailer launch is set for tomorrow, Wednesday, November 26, at a grand event in Mumbai, giving you the first proper look at the new chapter.
Kapil Sharma, Manjot Singh, and the four lead actresses Warina Hussain, Ayesha Khan, Tridha Choudhury, and Parul Gulati will attend the event. Director Anukalp Goswami and producers Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, and Abbas-Mustan will also be present.
A source close to the team said the makers are pleased with how the sequel has shaped up. They planned a big trailer launch because they want you to experience the sequel with the same energy and scale as the first part.
The film releases in cinemas on December 12, 2025. You can expect Kapil’s familiar quick-witted humour and an entertaining story that aims to connect with audiences across the country.
The source added that Star Studio18 has backed the film and will also distribute it in cinemas. The team is preparing for a smooth nationwide rollout, especially in mass centres where the first film performed strongly.
The first story followed a man who ended up marrying three women and struggled to hide the truth from each of them. The sequel is expected to follow a similar setup while adding a new twist designed to deliver more laughter and keep you engaged.
As the trailer launch approaches, excitement is growing. Audiences are ready to watch Kapil return to the big screen and deliver another round of his trademark comedy.
