Young Comedian Paid 110 Crore

Kapil Sharma is undoubtedly one of the biggest comedians in India. His show, The Kapil Sharma show has created a history and is the most watched show on Television currently. Initially, the show used to be aired on Colors channel, but later one shifted to Sony TV.

This transformation brought a huge change in the dynamics of the channel which was lying quite low for a long time. The comedy show stood always in the top 10 list of the most watched show on TV.

Keeping this scenario in mind, the think tank of Sony decided to renew the contract of Kapil which was expired recently. In a shocking revelation, the channel has decided to pay Kapil a whopping 110 crores to continue for yet another year.

110 crores, this is something quite shocking and even top stars do not get paid that much for two or three films which are made over a period of one or two years. The criteria here is that Sony does not want to take any risk and thus made this deal with the comedian who is unstoppable at the moment.

Like the saying that goes, when is an abundance of talent no one can stop the money from flowing in. In Kapil Sharma’s case, it is just coming true. What say ?
