NR Pachisia, a producer who made a film with the same name approached the court on the issue claiming that he owns the copyrights of the title and Pahlaj stole it. Well, Pahlaj has been the member of CBFC for years and he just knows how to handle such scenarios as he says.

He said that this just an extortion to push the film into troubles just before the release. But he is no scared for he sounds very confident about the film and hence not worried about the delay. Pahlaj said that he would face this and teach a lesson to these producers not to initiate such issues again. The film was supposed to release on 6th of October and cannot be the release unless the court issue is resolved.
