Most Awaited Superhero Film: Disaster Director

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan is all set to return with Krrish 4, the much-awaited instalment of the biggest superhero franchise in India. With Krrish 3 being released in 2013, it marks a wait of more than a decade for fans who want to see their superhero back in action.

Reports suggest that the actor will focus on ‘Krrish 4’ as soon as the work for his upcoming action-thriller ‘War 2’ is completed.

One more topic of gossip among fans and analysts is the reuniting of Hrithik with his ‘Agneepath’ director Karan Malhotra after 12 long years.

According to sources, producer Rakesh Roshan and Karan Malhotra have been refining the script for over 2 years now, with Hrithik playing a significant part in how the story plays out.

But there is also a cause for concern as after Agneepath, Malhotra’s films like ‘Brothers’ with Akshay Kumar and ‘Shamshera’ with Ranbir Kapoor turned out to be major flops and complete disasters respectively.

This fact alone has made him a huge risk in the eyes of the Krrish franchise’s fans, who are worried at the possibility of the portrayal of their beloved superhero being ruined by a director with a shaky track record.

With production expected to commence in mid-summer 2025, the fans are left with no option but to cross their fingers and hope for everything to turn out right.
