Overcrowded Republic Day Gets Relief

A week after the Sankranthi releases, no significant movies are arriving in cinemas giving free space to the run of the festival movies. However, it will be a brief gap as the coming week is getting overcrowded.

As many as seven films are arriving in Telugu for the Republic Day weekend which includes a few dubbed releases. Movies like Anushka’s Bhaagamathie, Vishal’s Abhimanyudu, Manchu Vishnu’s Achari America Yathra are coming on January 26. Then there are dubbed films Padmaavat and Vikram’s Sketch also coming around the same time. Apart from them, there is Howrah Bridge a small flick.

The small relief here comes from Bollywood as another big film Padman is reportedly postponed to February 9. While it is a relief for Republic Day releases, unfortunately, there is another massive congestion happening on February 9 with five movies locking its release date already.
