Initially in Bollywood, Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava movie, which is based on the life of Marathi King Sambhaji and directed by Laxman Utekar, was planned to release on December 6th, which is one day after the release of Pushpa 2.

Now, as per reports, the Chhaava movie team is planning to postpone the release of this movie to avoid clashing with Pushpa 2: The Rule and the Chhaava team is planning to release this movie on either December 20 or January 10th.

As per sources, even distributors were refusing to allot single-screen theatres for the Chhaava movie in Maharashtra due to Pushpa: The Rise was a tremendous success in North India and also has acquired them more profit post-covid.

Many Cinebuffs on social media were responding to this, saying it’s a good decision from the Chhaava team to postpone their movie, as a movie like Pushpa 2: The Rule should have a solo release as it’s one of a phenomenon that can change Indian cinema.
