Actresses and models in the glamour industry are gradually opening up about sexual abuse and how women are exploited in the name of offers and how there is no platform to complain or to take action against the offenders.

Radhika Apte confirmed that men are also facing sexual abuse and hence, she urged the need to open up and stop the influential people in the industry from exploiting using their power.

She also sees the need to form a transparent organization which will take up such issues and give a platform for those newcomers to talk about their exploitation. Radhika sounds quite sensible when she said film industry is a workplace and one need to follow certain rules.
