For ‘Ghazi’, in which he essayed the role of a Naval officer Arjun, Rana turned a fit and healthy man. It was not the physical transformation that has been challenging but the shooting of the underwater sequences. Ran shot for underwater action sequences in an Olympic swimming pool for 12 days.

He also shot in ocean waters of Vizag where he had to take big risk as an ocean is always unpredictable and any danger might come across unexpectedly. It has been really challenging to play a naval officer who is confined to a submarine for some days.
