Rahman’s Tweet Clears Air on Controversy

One tweet and all the false stories had to come to an end. There had been news circulated that music maestro A. R. Rahman felt insulted on the sets of comic show ‘kapil Sharma Show’ when comedian Ali Asgar tried to seduce him in a female avatar.

But Rahman tweets clarifies the rumors that he immensely enjoyed the show and also that seducing act by the comedian. He thanked Kapil Sharma and tea for making him feel like rolling on the floor laughing. That’s what happens usually when someone is a part of the show.

Rumors were spread that Rehman felt uncomfortable because it was unbecoming for the comedian to treat a celebrity of Rehman’s stature in that seducing manner. But according to the show’s format, Asgar Ali performs the same act on every celebrity who graces the show.

So, the celebrities know it already. Even Rehman might not be an exception. Why would he come in the first place, if he had any reservations being touched?
