How Much Riding on Today Releases?

Today two big movies are coming from Bollywood. According to the trade experts, nearly 180-200 crores is at stake on ‘Rustom’ and ‘Mohenjo Daro’ starring Akshay Kumar and Hrithik Roshan respectively. This is a huge amount indeed and not a healthy one also.

The unseen competition has pitted these two big movies on each other, though each of them belongs to a different genre. Definitely Akshay Kumar’s ‘Rustom’ has got a better publicity, positive talk and also support from the film fraternity comparatively.

Nevertheless, budget wise ‘Mohenjo Daro’ is a bigger movie. In Pakistan, ‘Rustom’ was passed by the Censor Board without any cuts. This is one more positive while Pak Censor Board has cut the kissing scene from ‘Mohenjo Daro’.
