After finishing its shoot in the valleys of Ladakh, the team of Salman Khan’s Battle of Galwan has shifted to Mumbai to film a key sequence. Salman is now shooting a patriotic song at Royal Palms, Goregaon, for this intense war drama.
Industry sources say the song is being filmed on a large scale, featuring over 60 background artists with Salman. Choreographer Mudassar Khan, known for his work in Dabanng and Ready, is leading the sequence.
Unlike a typical dance number, this one is described as a powerful military anthem. It will reflect the pride, sacrifice, and pain of soldiers rather than focus on elaborate choreography. Mudassar said he wants the song to express soldiers’ emotions more than rhythm or steps.
The shoot for this emotional sequence is expected to continue through the week. Fans are eager to see this new side of Salman Khan’s performance in the film.
Meanwhile, another discussion has surfaced online. Some claim Salman completed the Battle of Galwan shoot in just four to five days, while reports suggest it actually took around 45 days as planned.
Fans argue that filming a war drama in just a few days, especially in the rugged valleys of Ladakh, is nearly impossible. The production team has not confirmed either version of the story.
Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, The Battle of Galwan tells the story of the 2020 India-China military clash in the Galwan Valley. The film aims to honour the courage and sacrifice of Indian soldiers.
