The first look from Salman Khan’s next big project, Kick 2 has come out and left fans in anticipation of Devil’s return. But the question in everyone’s mind is whether the film will live up to the hype or be another dud in the superstar’s career.
The first installment in the franchise, which was a remake of a Telugu film starring Ravi Teja, received much acclaim and became a blockbuster hit. After the original film’s sequel flopped, the critics are skeptical if the Hindi sequel will live up to its hype.
The producers will hope Salman’s name will pull some audience but you can never be sure as the biggest Bollywood superstar has been in a rough patch lately. Salman’s recent films have failed to impress the audience and pull huge numbers like they used to do.
Even Tiger 3 last year turned out to be a disappointment with many holding the superstar to a high standard. However, fans believe that 2025 will mark the return of Bollywood’s Bhaijan as he has a packed schedule ahead of him.
The official date for the sequel is still not announced. But a small glimpse and an official announcement from the film’s director were enough for Salman fans to go nuts on the internet.
