While Sanjay Leela Bhansali is busy completing Love & War, he has been equally working on other projects at the same time. The director has already planned two movies, with one of them being a biopic of Madhubala, followed by a jungle adventure with a mythological background.

SLB has now started working on another project, which will be directed by Ranjan Chandel, known for his work on Grahan. Latest reports have revealed that it is going to be a historical epic.

Insiders claimed that the writing is already done and the casting process is expected to start soon. As of now, the team is waiting for SLB to complete Love & War so that he can check everything and the projects can proceed as planned and release on time.

The project is supposed to enter production in the first half of 2027. For the unversed, the movie was planned almost a year ago, and sources are saying that Ranjan’s collaboration with SLB is expected to bring a unique touch to the upcoming series.
