Sikandar: Most Useless Villain with Zero Impact?

Salman Khan’s Sikandar is not getting the response the makers were expecting, and several reasons are being discussed for the film’s disastrous performance.

Some argue that the disappointing on-screen chemistry between Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna is a major factor, while others point to the film’s outdated plot.

Regarding the antagonist, Sathyaraj—once praised for his impressive work in Baahubali—has become the center of negative reviews after Sikandar.

As the villain, Sathyaraj’s contribution to the film fell flat, as he never made a significant impact as the main antagonist. He was completely atrocious as villain with zero impact. Many viewers felt he appeared weak and was never portrayed as a strong opposition throughout the film.

Several users also criticized the casting decisions, arguing that actors like Sharman Joshi, Sathyaraj, and Rashmika Mandanna were not utilized to their full potential. They believe these stars could have delivered better performances if their roles had been more powerful on paper.

As for Salman Khan, the Bollywood megastar seems to be losing his stronghold in the industry, and with Sikandar, that grip appears to be slipping further.

With fans highlighting the weak performances of the antagonist and supporting cast, it remains to be seen if Sikandar can recover. However, the film is currently struggling at the box office and is on track to become one of the biggest letdowns of Salman’s career.
