A Low-Budget Film Is Now All-Time Top 4

Can you believe that a low budget film of around 20 Cr budget is now the 4th highest all-time grosser in Bollywood? Well, thanks to an incredible run at Chinese box office, Secret Superstar, an Aamir Khan production, has achieved the feat.

Secret Superstar has so far collected $75.58 Million in China. In the process first it overtook the Salman Khan starrer Tiger Zinda Hai to become the highest grosser of the year 2017, and now is the fourth biggest hit of all time surpassing another Salman Khan starrer Bajarangi Bhaijaan. Its worldwide gross is above 600 Cr.

Dangal, Baahubali 2 and PK are the other three films above Secret Superstar at the moment. Among outright Hindi movies, it is third highest. Secret Superstar is still running well in China and will enter into the third week from February 2.
