Reigning Stars Desperate For Blockbuster Director?

The Khans, Aamir, Shahrukh and Salman, are the reigning stars of Bollywood who have been ruling the industry for more than two and half decades. However, the past year was disastrous for all of them and with age catching up a section is writing obituaries as well. The stars themselves aren’t that affected, but they are definitely showing signs of insecurity.

Two of the three Khan’s, Salman and Shah Rukh, overactive PR drive is for a project is seen as the reason for the feeling among the trade and casual Bollywood followers. The film in question is director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next after the hat-trick of blockbusters in Ramleela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. Ever since the last of these released, there has been talk about the film with Salman Khan.

Recently Shah Rukh Khan too has joined the bandwagon, and one is hearing a Mega multistarrer on cards with both Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan uniting after more than two decades. The latter, more than the former, needs a big project immediately. It seems to be the reason why the noise around this project is getting higher compared to a space movie that the star has been attached to recently. The decision ultimately rests in the hands of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. If he agrees, consider the space project to be dropped.
