As per the latest reports, Akshay’s upcoming comedy film with Anees Bazmee, reportedly titled Mauja Hi Mauja is moving from its planned release date of December 4, 2026. An insider stated that the plan right now is to release it in the second half of November, and if the movie is not ready by then, it will shift to 2027.

The news arrives shortly after Fauzi, featuring Prabhas, which was also confirmed to be released on the same date was confirmed to have been postponed. Apart from this, Ajay Devgn’s Ranger has been shifted to 2027. Overall, Shraddha Kapoor’s Eetha will now get a solo release.

But the one thing that has grabbed a lot of attention is that big stars have decided to postpone their films from their original release dates. Although the reasons have not been revealed, a majority of the social media users believe that they possibly got scared of Shraddha Kapoor.

However, the fans of both the actors defended them on social media. They wrote that people should not make assumptions without proof, adding that a movie might get postponed for other reasons. They even requested people to wait for an official statement from the makers.

On the other hand, trade experts shared a completely different opinion, saying that the decision of Akshay and Prabhas to move away from the release date is good for the box office. Trade experts noted that December 2026 is already crowded with multiple releases, and everyone should get a fair chance to score a sixer in terms of collections.
