Trailer Talk: Cheap Copy of Chhaava with Bad Acting

Directed by Prince Dhiman and produced by Kanubhai Chauhan, Kesari Veer is all set to release on 16 May. Its trailer has become a topic of discussion but not for good things.

With a below average star cast of actors like Suraj Pancholi, Akanksha Sharma, Vivek Oberoi along with yesteryear bigshot Sunil Shetty, the performances are making the fans cringe. Many called it a cheap take on blockbuster Chhaava.

But Chhaava did not succeed only because of its communal war story, the performance of Vicky Kaushal was hailed by everyone. Fans feel that the film is formulaic in its approach as it pits Mughal invaders against Hindu warriors.

The highlight for them is that Vivek tries to act like Ranveer in Padmavat but does not deliver 10% of the same magic. Suraj is struggling to deliver dialogues and Sunil Shetty seems over the top to fans.

Film pundits have declared that the film will be the biggest flop of the big screens in 5 years. The trailer itself has set the disappointment high, even the religious angle would not be able to pull the audiences to the theatres.
