She shared that after having a tough time in Bollywood she has been focusing on South Indian cinema. It is not like she doesn’t want to work here but has been waiting for the right opportunity.

She feels that having a superstar like Kamal Haasan as her father, she had to deal with a lot of comparisons. Her house was full of awards that her father has received and she felt like an absolute zero.

But during her time with Akshay Kumar in Gabbar Is Back, she learned an important lesson from him that changed her life. He told her that she should focus on the reward of working rather than getting awards.

She also shared her experience of working with Akshay on Welcome Back as well. She felt that it was not an extensive comedy as she did in Telugu industry.
