The Reason for Ghazi’s Mediocre at B.O.

The impact of ‘Ghazi’ in the Telugu States Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is quite decent and with good reviews from all over, the film is on its way to collect decently. However, the box office collections of the Hindi version are quite mediocre.

The reason is Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Jolly LLB 2’ released in the previous week. Akshay’s movie is still going strong at the ticket windows as the star power is pulling audiences to theaters. Hence, a low turn out for not only ‘Ghazi, The Attack’ but also for Taapsee’s other film ‘Running Shaadi’.

With the kind of cast and crew and the positive reviews on Rana’s film, one expected it to open well in Hindi as well. But, the theater owners are preferring Akshay’s movie keeping the business point of view in mind. Will the collections be better for the coming weekend? Let’s see.
