The year 2024 is coming to a wrap and people are looking back at all the good things that happened last year. To cinema lovers this is a time to asses best performances that became their absolute favourite.
These are some power packed performances that need to be mentioned. First up, Diljit Dosanjh’s portrayal in Netflix’s Amar Singh Chamkila biopic was a treat to the fans.
From songs to his acting everything was spot on and they loved every second of Diljit’s sincere acting. Rajkumar Rao’s Srikanth might not have been a superhit performer but it won hearts.
He played a visually disabled man and his journey to fulfilling his ambition. People found it a heart warming and honest portrayal.
Vikrant Massey’s Sector 36 shows him in a darker shade. Playing a grey character of a psycho killer surely added to his versatility.
Finally, Pratibha’s portrayal of Jaya in India’s Oscar entry Laapataa Ladies has won fans over. She plays a woman from a small ruler family who later finds a sense of purpose and independence after the marriage mix up.
All these performances reflect the talent of young and sincere actors. They are not tagged as superstars yet but surely have pure talent.
