Kajol is back and this time, she’s haunting the big screen with a performance that’s bound to leave a mark. The trailer of Maa, directed by Vishal Furia, dropped some time ago and has already begun creating serious buzz among trade experts and cinephiles alike.
The 2 minutes and 24 seconds trailer is tightly packed with chills, stunning visuals, and emotional gravitas.
From the very first frame, Kajol commands attention.

Maa looks set to redefine horror in Bollywood.
Meanwhile, Bollywood buffs are already calling it a hot property, more like the kind that’s expected to take a bumper opening. With Shaitaan setting the tone earlier this year, Maa feels like a solid next chapter in this emerging horror universe.
Here’s what an X user wrote about it, “I might be wrong but strongly feel MAA will be the best film of this MONTH…. Film will take BUMPER OPENING, it’s hot property now among trade and audience….:
Another one responded to the same tweet and said, “Same hunch. Dark horse.”
Given the latest hype around Maa, it will be no surprise if it will be a blockbuster at the box office!
