Whoa! This Biggie To Arrive Digitally And Theatrically On The Same Day

In what can be termed as a first of its kind of release for an Indian movie, the Bollywood biggie Laxmmi Bomb will be available simultaneously on digital and cinemas. The release date is November 9 for Diwali festive period.

However, there is a small catch with the release and it is that the theatrical release will be limited to a few overseas locations. They are Australia, New Zealand and UAE. Incidentally, these three places are declared least corona infected places in the world.

Lakshmi Bomb stars Akshay Kumar in the lead. It is a biggie which carries very high expectations. Blockbuster mass filmmaker Raghava Lawrence makes his Bollywood debut with the film which is a remake of his successful Kanchana franchise.

Akshay Kumar will be seen playing a transgender in the movie. The posters that have come out have generated tremendous buzz on the horror-comedy. Kiara Advani plays the female lead.

Laxmmi Bomb will be available digitally on Disney Plus Hotstar from November 9. The overseas release will be keenly followed as it would be first theatrical release for an Indian film during the pandemic times.
