The official handle of Yash Raj Films recently shared a song clip from Dil To Pagal Hai, sparking fresh speculation online. The post quickly caught the attention of fans.
Social media users noticed that the clip featured only Akshay Kumar and Madhuri Dixit. The portions featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Karisma Kapoor were missing.
This unusual choice has raised many questions. Fans are wondering if YRF is hinting at a sequel after all these years. Showing only two characters from the classic film has added to the curiosity.
The buzz grew stronger after Karisma Kapoor’s recent appearance on Akshay Kumar’s TV game show. During the interaction, Karisma said she would love to see a sequel to Dil To Pagal Hai.
In the original film’s climax, Karisma and Akshay’s characters, Nisha and Ajay, are seen connecting with each other. Their brief interaction suggested a possible future together.
If YRF plans to continue the story, it could focus on how Nisha and Ajay’s relationship evolved. Fans are curious to know where their journey led and what their lives look like now.
There is also excitement around possible cameos. Many fans hope Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit could make special appearances to retain the charm of the original film.
For now, Yash Raj Films has not made any official announcement. Still, the selective song clip and Karisma Kapoor’s comments have kept the sequel rumours alive.
