After Tabu, Radhika Apte Joins Big Hollywood Project

It has only been hours since the news broke that Tabu is going to star in the blockbuster Dune trilogy and another Indian actress has made her way to the big screens of Hollywood. Radhika Apte is going to star in the upcoming movie Last Days alongside Ken Leung of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Radhika who has achieved global recognition thanks to her roles in some critically acclaimed projects grabbed the opportunity and would be seen in the movie whose plot revolves around an uncontacted Sentinelese tribe.

Last Days is going to be directed by Justin Lin of the Fast & Furious franchise. The story would revolve around the protagonist John Allen and his search for identity, purpose and belongingness. The production of the movie has already started in Thailand.

Radhika is also going to be seen in her upcoming dramedy Sister Midnight which is currently premiering at Cannes International Film festival. Naveen Andrews from The Dropout, is also going to feature in the movie. Bollywood actors making their way to Hollywood is becoming a new trend which is good for the industry as it brings it closer to the international industry.
