Guneet Monga Kapoor, on her own journey, has been making a name for herself. She has established the Mumbai-based production house Sikhya Entertainment and has received numerous international recognitions throughout her illustrious career.

The Indian filmmaker already bagged an Oscar in 2023 for the critically acclaimed The Elephant Whisperers.

While this is not Guneet’s first association with BAFTA, as she served as an industry supporter and jury member in 2022, her role has been instrumental in helping BAFTA explore India’s rich and diverse talent pool, while also raising awareness about the program.
