Social media has converted the world into a global village and there couldn’t be a better example than what Clint Eastwood promised on X (previously Twitter).
A fan tagged Clint on the app asking him to watch ‘Jigarthanda Double X’, a Tamil movie which began streaming on Netflix last week. It is the sequel to 2014’s ‘Jigarthanda’.
Just like Eastwood’s speciality, Jigarthanda Double X is a western, set in the 70s, when Eastwood was at the height of his career.
In response to this fan’s post, the following reply came from his official handle, ‘Hi. Clint is aware of this Movie and he states he will get to it upon Completion of his New Film. Juror 2. Thank You.’
‘Juror No. 2’ is an upcoming thriller movie directed by Clint Eastwood and starring Nicholas Hoult and Toni Collette. The production has started for the movie but it will take some time until it gets completed. So, Eastwood may not watch the movie for quite some time. Still, his generous reply must have made the fan’s day.
