Done The Deed! Dune 2 Crosses $500 Million

With Hans Zimmer’s epic music, Denis Villeneuve’s stellar direction and with the epic storyline of Frank Herbert’s massive sci fi novel. “Dune- Part Two” earned $500M worldwide. This was a highly anticipated movie.

Since the 2021 release of “Dune Part One” we all knew that part two would be a blast. Hence it is. The mind blowing visual effects and with the amazing background score, the movie became a sensation within no time.

With just a -33.2% drop from last week’s Wednesday, it had better grip than “Oppenheimer”. “Dune Part Two”, received an excellent 90% score on Rotten Tomatoes.

The film was released on March 1st, and made $36 Million in China, $32.8 Million in the UK and $25 Million in Germany. But, in France and Australia they earned a little less and that is $24.9 Million and $15.6 Million. Meanwhile, Dune 2 crossed over $100M on Imax screens over the weekends. And this week it crossed $500M.

Frank Herbert’s Sci Fi with an epic imagination of Denis Villeneuve. Dune became one of the most prominent examples of the cinematic universe. Making “Dune Messiah” yet another highly anticipated movie.
